BBQ Glazed Pineapple Ham

These retro-style appetizers use just a few ingredients to deliver a delightful salty-sweet flavor.

1 cup Musselman’s® Premium Apple Butter

⅓ cup barbecue sauce

1 tbl. Dijon mustard

1 ½ lbs. cooked ham, cut into ¾” cubes

1 ½ bs.pounds fresh pineapple, cut into ¾” cubes


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line two half-sheet pans with aluminum foil. In a medium bowl, combine apple butter, barbecue sauce and mustard.
  2. Place 1 cube ham and 1 cube pineapple on a wooden skewer; repeat with remaining ham and pineapple. Brush all sides with apple butter mixture and place skewers, standing up, on prepared sheet pans.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until hot-serve immediately.
