Hints of fall echo in this easy-to-make dessert parfait layered with apple butter, butterscotch or vanilla pudding and streusel for texture and crunch.

1 1/2 qt. Musselman's® Premium Apple Butter
1 1/2 qt. Streusel* (recipe below)
3 qt. Lucky Leaf® Butterscotch or Vanilla Pudding
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Ground cinnamon, to garnish
*Streusel (1 1/2 qt.)
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 oz. melted unsalted butter
In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, sugars and cinnamon. Stir in butter until incorporated and mixed until crumbly. Place in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheetpan and bake for 25–35 minutes in a 350°F conventional or 300°F convection oven, or until golden and crisp. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Place in a covered container and hold until ready to use as directed.
