Brie and Prosciutto Panini

This gourmet-style Panini features creamy Brie cheese, rich prosciutto, tangy Musselman’s® Apple Butter, and Dijon mustard to flavor for the perfect lunch or dinner sandwich.

Brie and Prosciutto Panini


Servings: 24

6 baguettes

1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Musselman’s® Premium Apple Butter

1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Dijon mustard

1.9 lb Brie cheese, sliced

48 thin slices (1 lb 3 oz) prosciutto

1/2 cup (4 oz) olive oil


  1. Slice each baguette in half horizontally; cut crosswise into 4 portions.
  2. Spread 2 tbsp Musselman’s® Apple Butter and 2 tbsp Dijon mustard over each bottom half of the baguette. Top each with 1 1/4 oz Brie and 2 slices prosciutto; cap with top of baguette. Brush each sandwich with 1 tsp olive oil.
  3. Preheat Panini press according to manufacturer’s instruction. Grill each sandwich for 3 to 5 minutes or until the baguette is toasted and cheese melts.

Tip: Alternatively, toast sandwiches on a flat-top grill, pressing sandwich with weight to flatten.
