8 lb. pork loin, trimmed
1/2 cup BBQ seasoning rub (dry mustard, smoked paprika, garlic, thyme, salt, cracked black pepper, cumin, cinnamon)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 qt. sliced sweet onions
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 cups veal or beef stock
2 cup Musselman's Premium Apple Juice
3 cups Musselman's Chunky Apple Sauce
1/2 cup molasses
