A rich and familiar favorite, Peaches and Cream Cake, is topped with a simple cream cheese frosting.

Servings: 24

2 (15.25 oz) boxes yellow cake mix
1 1/2 qt. (52 oz.) LUCKY LEAF Peach Pie Filling
4 large eggs 
1 cup sour cream 
Prepared Cream Cheese Frosting


  1. In bowl combine cake mix, Peach Pie Filling, eggs, and sour cream; mix until smooth. Pour batter into a greased shallow, full-size steam table pan and smooth out the top.
  2. Bake in 350°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cake springs bake when lightly touched in center. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  3. Spread with Prepared Cream Cheese Frosting evenly over top and serve. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to cut into 24 equal servings.
