Peaches and Cream Cake

A rich and familiar favorite, Peaches and Cream Cake, is topped with a simple cream cheese frosting.

Servings: 24

1 1/2 qt. yellow cake mix
1 1/2 qt. (52 oz.) LUCKY LEAF Peach Pie Filling
4 large eggs 
1 cup sour cream 
Cream Cheese Frosting*


  1. In bowl combine cake mix, Peach Pie Filling, eggs and sour cream; mix until smooth. Pour batter into a greased shallow, full-size steamtable pan and smooth out top.
  2. Bake in 350°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cake springs bake when lightly touched in center. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  3. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting* evenly over top and serve. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to cut into 24 equal servings.
