Pumpkin Pie

Traditional Pumpkin Pie is a classic in any restaurant dessert case and served any time of year.


Servings: 8

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (15 oz.) can LUCKY LEAF PUMPKIN
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth.  Pour into crust.
  3. Bake 15 minutes.  Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue to bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.  Cool.
  4. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
