White Chocolate & Almond Cherry Mini Fruit Pie

Ingredients

Servings: 24

1 1/2 qt. Lucky Leaf® Cherry Pie Filling

1 1/2 cups chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips

2 tsp. almond extract

1 cup slivered toasted almonds

24 large fillo tart shells or 96 mini shells (3" or 1")

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine pie filling, chocolate and almond extract. Spoon mixture into prepared fillo shells (1/3 cup for large shells/1 Tbsp. for small shells). Place on lined sheet pans and sprinkle with almonds.
  2. Bake filled tartlets in 350°F conventional or 300°F convection oven for 12–15 minutes until heated through and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
