Spicy Chicken Brie and Bacon Apple Butter Pizza

Sweet, spicy and savory, this gourmet-style pizza is sure to please. Serve as a lunch or dinner main dish.

Spicy Chicken Brie and Bacon Apple Butter Pizza


Servings: 24

6 lb pizza dough

1 1/4 cups (20 fl oz) olive oil, divided

2 1/4 cups (18 oz) Musselman’s® Apple Butter Fusions Sriracha

6 cups (26 oz) sliced chicken

1 lb 14 oz Brie cheese, sliced

1 1/2 cups (6 oz) bacon crumbles

6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1/3 cup (0.6 oz) finely chopped fresh thyme


  1. Preheat oven to 425° Divide pizza dough into 6 (1 lb) portions. On lightly floured surface, roll out each portion into 12-inch round, about 1/4-inch thick. Spread each round with 2 tbsp (1 fl oz) oil. Place each round on lightly floured 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup (3 fl oz) Apple Butter Fusions Sriracha evenly over each round, leaving 1/2-inch border around edges; top with 1 cup (4.5 oz) chicken, 5 oz Brie, 1/4 cup (1 oz) bacon, 1 sliced clove (0.1 oz) garlic and 1 tbsp (0.1 oz) thyme.
  3. Bake pizza for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Drizzle each pizza with heaping 1 tbsp (1/2 fl oz) oil and 2 tbsp (1 oz) Apple Butter Fusions Sriracha.
  4. For each serving, serve 1/4 pizza (7.5 oz).


  • Serve with 1 cup (0.7 oz) arugula on top.
  • Alternatively, divide dough into 24 portions and make individual-size pizzas.
