Sesame Sriracha Chicken Wings

Always a crowd favorite, these sweet and spicy sesame wings now deliver a delicious and surprising kick of sriracha apple butter flavor in every bite.

Sesame Sriracha Chicken Wings


Servings: 24

12 lb split chicken wings

1 tbsp (0.6 oz salt, 0.3 oz pepper) each salt and pepper

1 1/2 cups (18 oz) Musselman’s® Apple Butter Fusions Sriracha flavor

1/3 cup (2.5 oz) sesame oil

3/4 cup (3.5 oz) toasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup (0.2 oz) finely chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper; toss with Musselman’s® Apple Butter Fusions Sriracha flavor and sesame oil. Arrange in single layer on 4 parchment paper–lined baking sheets.
  2. Bake, turning occasionally, for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown, glazed and cooked through.
  3. Serve 5 or 6 wings per serving; sprinkle each serving with 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tsp cilantro.

Tip: Serve wings with additional Musselman’s® Apple Butter Fusions Sriracha flavor for dipping.
