Mocha Salted Caramel Apple Butter Latte

This indulgent latte is sure to be a hit on any menu as take-out coffee on-the-go or dessert style-coffee.

Mocha Salted Caramel Apple Butter Latte


Servings: 24

24 cups (192 fl oz/6 quarts) brewed coffee, hot

1 1/2 cups (26 oz) cocoa powder

3 cups (30 oz) Musselman’s® Apple Butter Fusions Salted Caramel, divided

12 cups (96 fl oz/3 quarts) milk, for frothing

3 cups (24 fl oz) 35% whipping cream, whipped (or 6 cups/48 fl oz whipped cream topping)

8 oz milk chocolate, shaved


  1. For each serving, stir together 1 cup (8 fl oz) hot coffee, 1 tbsp (15 mL) cocoa powder and 4 tsp (20 mL) Apple Butter Fusions Salted Caramel; keep warm. Froth 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) hot milk.
  2. Pour coffee into mug and pour frothed milk over top. Top with 1/4 cup (2 fl oz) whipped cream. Drizzle with scant 1 tsp (5 mL) Apple Butter Fusions Salted Caramel and sprinkle with 1 tbsp (15 mL) shaved chocolate.


Tip: Alternatively, substitute espresso for brewed coffee.
