Fluffy Cherry Lemon Pie

Light as a cloud and packed with flavors, this simple pie is piled high with a cream-cheese and lemon pudding filling fluffed up with whipped topping. It makes a perfect warm weather repast after a picnic or barbecue.



1 3/4 qt. (63 oz.) LUCKY LEAF® Premium Cherry Fruit Filling*, divided
3 prepared 9-in. graham cracker crusts
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 cups cold milk
9 oz. instant lemon pudding mix
1 1/2 qt. whipped topping


  1. Divide and spread 1/2 qt. fruit filling equally into bottoms of each graham crust.
  2. In the bowl of a mixer equipped with a paddle attachment, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until well blended. Add pudding mix, and beat until smooth. Remove from mixer.
  3. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and incorporated. Spread cream cheese mixture equally over fruit filling in each crust. Spread remaining whipped topping equally over the cream cheese mixture in each pie. Chill.
  4. To Serve: Place remaining fruit filling into a piping tube with a small opening and drizzle over top of each pie. Cut each pie into 8 slices to serve. Serve each slice with extra fruit filling on the side if desired.
  5. *Optional: For even more cherry flavor, add an extra cup of LUCKY LEAF Premium Cherry Fruit Filling to the bottom layer of each pie, if desired.
