This is interesting and easy technique for making lots of Danish fast. Sheets of puff pastry are topped with an apple-cream cheese filling, topped with more puff pastry before being baked and cut. Simple as 1, 2, 3.
2 sheets puff pastry dough, rolled out into two 12" x17" rectangles
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 qt. (48 oz.) LUCKY LEAF® Apple Pie Filling
3 Tbsp. cinnamon-sugar mixture (1:2 ratio)
