Butterscotch Apple Crunch Mini Fruit Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. Lucky Leaf® Apple Pie Filling
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped toasted walnuts, divided
24 large fillo tart shells or 96 mini shells

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine pie filling, butterscotch chips and 3/4 cup walnuts. Spoon pie filling into prepared fillo shells (1/3 cup for large shells/1 Tbsp. for small shell). Place on lined sheet pans and sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
  2. Bake filled tartlets in 350°F conventional or 300°F convection oven for 12–15 minutes until heated through and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
