White Chocolate Cherry Cream Pie

Chocolate cookie crumbs host a rich, sweet cream cheese-based filling enhanced with almond and white chocolate, chilled and sliced to serve.


3 9" pies
1 1/2 lb. light cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. almond extract
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, melted, warm
4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 prepared 9" chocolate cookie crusts
1 1/2 qt. LUCKY LEAF® Regular or Premium Cherry Pie Filling 


In mixing bowl equipped with a paddle, beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth.
With paddle running, pour warm, melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and beat mixture until smooth.
Remove mixing bowl from mixer and gently fold in whipped topping, using a spatula until incorporated and smooth. Divide mixture between 3 crusts and smooth out tops of each. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. Spoon 2 cups of Lucky Leaf® Cherry Pie Filling evenly over tops of each pie just before serving.
Garnish with additional white chocolate chips, if desired.
