Strawberry Cream Cheese Passion Pie

It will be true passion once you taste this creamy lemon-strawberry confection made in graham cracker crusts filled with cream cheese, lemon and strawberry pie filling.


24 servings/3 pies
1 1/2 lb. light cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 9" graham cracker piecrusts
1 1/2 qt. LUCKY LEAF® Strawberry Pie Filling 


In mixing bowl equipped with a paddle attachment, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla until mixed well. Divide mixture evenly among 3 prepared crusts. Cover and refrigerate 68 hours or until firm.
Spread the top of each pie with 2 cups Lucky Leaf® Premium Strawberry Pie Filling evenly and refrigerate until ready to cut.
To serve, cut each pie into 8 pieces.
