Ingredients
1 1/2 qt. (54 oz.) LUCKY LEAF/MUSSELMAN’S/APPLE TIME® Apple Sauce 3 cups chopped red bell peppers 2 cups minced scallions 1 cup canned diced green chiles, drained 1 cup minced fresh cilantro 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Method
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until just mixed. Place in covered container and refrigerate at least 3 hours before using. 2. To Serve: Serve 1/2 cup Apple Salsa per serving as a dipping sauce or as an accompaniment to roasted meats and vegetables.*
* Serve as a dip with tortillas, corn chips, crackers or vegetables. Also use as an accompaniment for roasted chicken, pork or fish, as well as in tacos and casseroles.
