Blueberry Streusel Mini Fruit Pie


24 servings | 3 mini cups/1 large cup
2 qt. Lucky Leaf® Blueberry Pie Filling
3 Tbsp. lemon zest
2 Tbsp. minced ginger
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted


In a bowl, combine pie filling, lemon zest and ginger. Spoon mixture into prepared shells (1/4 cup for large shells/2 tsp. for small shells). Place on lined sheet pans.
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and melted butter and mix well. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. streusel topping on large filled tartlets and 1 tsp. streusel topping on small filled tartlets.
Bake filled tartlets in 350°F conventional or 300°F convection oven for 12–15 minutes until heated through and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
