1 1/2 qt. (54 oz.) MUSSELMAN’S Apple Sauce
3 cups chopped red bell peppers
2 cups minced scallions
1 cup canned diced green chiles, drained
1 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until just mixed. Place in covered container and refrigerate at least 3 hours before using.
To Serve: Serve 1/2 cup Apple Salsa per serving as a dipping sauce or as an accompaniment to roasted meats and vegetables.**
